Tausif and his 40 other friends with and without disabilities had a joyful moments in Mobility India’s Community Resource Centre, Avalahalli on 18th June 2011. They got an opportunity to sing and dance with the bunch of new people who had come from Shell International Petroleum Ltd. Irrespective of the age gap, children and Shell team danced and enjoyed each others company.  Children played passing the gift game, where they kept passing and unwrapping the layers of packed gift box which increased their excitement to get the gift. Finally children were rewarded with different gifts, books, bags and lot of chocolates.

A team of 25 people from Shell had visited Avalahalli, which is one among the 23 slums of Bangalore where Mobility India is working. Children and the shell team had actively participated in the rally and slogan about Right to Education for all children irrespective of disability, inclusion in the school etc were shouted out by children with great enthusiasm. Through this rally a message of importance of education was given and children made an effort to bring back their drop out friends to the school and enrol more children to school. Children went back home with lot of gifts and big smile on their faces, on the other hand Shell team took back the joyful memories which they spent with children.
