Generally this is determined by a lock icon displayed at the bottom right of your web browser. This website uses a frame based web development approach which prevents the icon from being displayed. To verify that the security is indeed active, you should right click on the Pay By Web frame and select properties. This will display the page's details including certificates and connection (security) details.

5.2. We use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the integrity of the Online Donation Facility’s Security. Despite our endeavours breaches of security and confidentiality could occur. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any breaches in security.

6. Defects in Online Payment Facility

6.1. We shall not in any way be liable for any delay, disruption or defects in the Online Donation Facility.

By default, you will receive feedback report emails on your donations that are sent to you by our team. By default, you will also receive monthly newsletters as well as other Mobility India e- mailers from time to time. In case you would not like to receive these newsletters and e-mailers, you can send a mail to e –mail @ mobility –india.org with the word 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line, and we will remove your name from the list.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social causes through Online Donation Facility:

Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the various social endeavours of Mobility India.

DELIVERY Policy

• You will be issued with a receipt reference upon your payment being successfully processed. This is your record of your payment.

• Subsequently, a copy of the 80G certificate for income tax exemption will be sent via snail mail.
